Doug Nowak
U14 Boys & U10 Girls

Hometown: Chicago, IL
Coaching Experience: Doug has coached youth soccer for over nine years with MYSC. He started coaching at the micro level and has gradually moved up over the years to coach two select teams. In 2021, his U12 boy’s rec team went undefeated and won the Rec State Cup (State Championship). The following year, his U13 boy’s team moved to the select level and went undefeated to place first in the NPSL division 3.
Favorite Team: USWNT & Seattle Sounders FC
Fun Fact: Doug, also known as Dr. Nowak, is a former sports medicine orthopedic surgeon who recently retired from practicing medicine. This has allowed him to dedicate a significant amount of time to coaching, which is his new “job.” He is a 13-time marathon and 7-time Ironman Triathlon finisher, qualifying for and completing the Hawaii Ironman.
Bryan Moran
U14 Girls

Hometown: Aberdeen, WA
Playing Experience: Bryan played for ten years at the club level and throughout his years at school. He continues to scrimmage and condition with his athletes at practices.
Coaching Experience: Bryan has coached recreational and select soccer for six years. He has led his teams to victory in two MYSC Turkey Shoot Championships and one Cranberry Cup Championship.
Favorite Team: Arsenal
Fun Fact: Bryan enjoys coaching the technical part of the game and watching the athletes improve throughout the season by working hard, staying positive, and challenging themselves. He can hit the goal crossbar on demand.
